The Mansfield luxury apartments were built in an iconic landmark building in Montreal formerly known as the Loew’s theater. This brand identity aims to convey the facility’s historical heritage. Shapes were pulled from the theatre’s original architectural details - grand archways and carved ornements out of many - to inspire not only the graphic elements of the brand, but the choice of font which is used to construct the word-mark and the general typographic system as well.
